How to spot poa trivialis in a tall fescue lawn

I over seeded my lawn recently, added starter fert, etc. There’s a few bright green spots in the lawn. I’m trying to work out if they are Poa Triv or ETF.

I saw https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1TPJih8qmM/? which was similar to mine, but the blades of leaf looked a little bit different. Can anyone help here?

Could be either, photos aren’t detailed enough to tell. See this post Jonny put up. https://app.newzealandlawnaddicts.com/forum/what-grass-weed-is-this-in-my-lawn-e5960688

@Daniel Compton definitely looks like Poa Triv. Photos still not great but I think I can see a stolon coming from the plant above where the root system starts. This is typical for Poa Triv as it spreads via stolons, which are above ground runners. The image also show a slight shine to the underside of the leaf also typical for Poa Triv.

If you roll Poa triv between your fingers, it feels almost rubbery with a waxy texture, like rolling rubber. You’ll clearly notice the difference compared to ETF if it’s Poa triv.
