Already subscribed? Use the option that matches where you signed up. Apple and the website are billed separately.

Apple looks after the payment. You can change the plan or turn off renewal in your Apple account.
Deleting the app does not cancel the membership. Cancel it with Apple if you don’t want it to renew.
