Grass weeds in my MDR

Found some tightly-packed grass, amongst MDR. Had this type of grass when I had TF a few years ago.

Best way to remove? The third pic is actual the nicer MDR

Please refer to the grass ID post I put up a while back, nobody can help offering solid advice based on this post/photos and the information that’s available. It could be many things 👍

For the amount I can see I would hand pull them. I normally go up my lawn a couple times a week hand pulling anything that’s not suppose to be in there, it’s particularly easy with MDR as they stand out so much.
