Fungal infection: Controlling leaf spot and rust in lawn

Morning all, was thinking about mowing and chucking some starter fertiliser on today but clearly have a bigger problem on my hands and seeking some advice pretty please?
My 2.5 month old ETF looks very much like it’s got a fungal infection, I don’t have any Azoxy on hand so wondered if short ish mow (maybe 40mm?) and some starter fert might help for now? Although I’m a little nervous about giving it more moisture under the conditions it’s already in. Any advice welcomed.

Leaf spot and rust, mowing shorter and fert isn’t going to make spores disappear it needs a contact fungicide like Fungus Pro. Could also mix in some Azoxy to help preventatively.

As KJ mentioned looks like two diseases going on here. If you use the category sections to filter topics, I’ve answer both leaf spot and rust control in detail on those previous posts.

Need to make sure you’re not watering at night and not leaving it long so the canopy retains moisture all day etc (again covered this off on those posts).
