What should I apply next after Etho to improve my lawn?

I do not have an aerator, but I do have a 12 year old and the cheap spike shoes so that will work for now 😆.
I put the second lot of etho down about 5 days ago. Where I see light patches of lawn, I think the soil may have been may been too compacted when I first seeded.
Planing on getting some top soil for low spots. For now, what what should get on the lawn? It is growing pretty well. I put All Seasons, Humic, Root health, liquid boost on it a month ago.
