Grass weed ID: What grass weed is this in my new ETF lawn?

Grass weed ID: What grass weed is this in my new ETF lawn?

I all, seeded ETF seed 3.5 weeks ago, will mow soon.

I notice this weed popping up and wondering what it is? I think could be Paspalum? How to get rid of it without touching my ETF?

    The triangle shape of that leaf is typical with sedge family.

      @Iain Perry the stem is typically triangle not the leaf.

    Did you use Meso & Etho at seeding? It not Paspalum, why does everyone think every grass weed is Paspalum lol.

    Carefully dig a root or bulb out follow one down a bit deeper . Very waxy fleshy looking leaf . Appears effected by meso . Keep an eye on it , meso is listed on yellow sedge . So might get it if sedge .
    Hopefully with some roots attached might help better id . Some sedges have a bulb or nut they grow from .
