What order should I apply Meso, PGR and tea saponin before renovating my MDR lawn?

I am going to top dress and re-seed my MDR lawn in just over a week (not the coming Monday but the Monday after), that gives me this weekend and next weekend to prepare before I get in to it on Monday 19th October with the first job of that day being core aeration.

I have some other grass coming up through my MDR which ai tells me is summer grass and can be controlled with Messo (is it correct about it being summer grass?). I also want to apply some PGR to slow the growth of the exisiting lawn so the new seedlings get a chance to establish.

And the last product I’d like to get down is Tea saponin liquid, as last time I did a reno the worm castings were an unreal amount.

So my question is, what sequence should I apply these products over this weekend and next weekend? And is there any harm in applying messo and pgr in the same tank? Or even separate tanks but close together? I’m thinking the combo might be hard on the rye?

Also the summer grass will probably get partially buried in the top dress mix especially after it is cut low, and I plan to add messo and etho as a pre emergant, maybe that would kill the summer grass as it pops through? Or maybe that only works on young seedlings?
