What’s causing these orange patches on my lawn?

Looks like the remains of fungal activity. There could be a few different diseases contributing to it. With these warmer days, make sure you’re avoiding evening watering, as prolonged moisture on the leaf can encourage fungal development. It’s also worth applying a preventative fungicide during periods of high disease pressure rather than waiting for symptoms to appear.
