Just means you have very healthy soil
Yeah, as Nick mentions they're often a sign that your soil biology is active and healthy. They generally won't harm established turf. They're common this time of year and usually in areas where the soil is remaining damp for extended periods. Could be worth noting the areas where the mushrooms are and doing some core aerating come September to improve drainage in those areas.
