Full Reno, MDR seed.
Gearing up for a complete reno this weekend. Killed off the lawn, just need to aerate. Temps are around 19deg so hoping for a solid germination of MDR. Will add progress updates.

Great! Hopefully you're planning on using Meso and Etho as a pre-emergent and putting Starter Fertiliser down at the time of seeding?
You should see germination in 5-7 days at this time of the year if you get the irrigation right.
@Jonny Hicks Yep, ordered Meso/Etho and starter fert.
I haven't really sorted the irrigation properly. Any recommendations in terms of sprinklers? I was thinking of a few cheap above-ground pop-ups or impacts temporarily and then a better setup with Irrigation Express.
@KM Anything on a timer will work for new lawn establishment, the key is consistent irrigation. You just need to keep the seedbed moist at all times and not let it dry out, especially during germination. Light, frequent watering is ideal, typically a few short cycles per day to keep the top layer damp without washing the seed away.
I put together a guide on soil temperatures, watering, and getting seed established properly, well worth a quick read:

Good idea going to a proper irrigation setup, it’s a game changer once it’s done.
@Jonny Hicks Thanks. I have tap timer, so I'll use that. Irrigation Express mentioned using a suite of oscillating sprinklers in the mean time. Exciting!
Late night aerating. It’s all go for tomorrow.
Adding lawn mix
Levelling is a bit tricky
Seeded
Rolled in and watered. I ran out of time to do ethos/meso, so I’ll do it first thing tomorrow.
