What pre-emergents can I used when seeding tall fescue?
I’m planning of sowing ETF in the next few days. Do I put Meso and Etho down before seeding or after seeding?

You want to put down your Etho and Meso on the same day you seed. Once you’ve got your seed and starter fertiliser down, hit it with the Meso and Etho right away, then water everything in.
You could wait a bit, technically you’ve got until germination but it’s not worth the risk. If some seeds have already started sprouting and you don’t notice, you could end up killing them. Just easier to do it all on day one.
If you’re top dressing, make sure you’re applying over the topsoil, not under it.
