Top dress in Wellington
Hey team, any recommendations for lawn mix or similar for top dress?
My lawn is 50m2 and location means only real option is pick up via trailer / bags as can’t have it dropped off which may rule out premium suppliers.
Had some good stuff from the city council. I think you can get bags, as minimum is 1m3 dropped off.
@KM thanks - yeah 1m3. Was this the lawn mix you went with or top soil?
@Marek M my lawn hadn’t been done in a long time by the old owners, so I opted for the lawn mix, which had a mix of organic nutrients, top soil etc. which was a really good base and foundation.
I’d probably do the same if you’re starting fresh.
