Would I have Paspalum in my lawn in late Winter/Early spring?

Hi team, further to my lawn Reno question last week, will paspalum be in the lawn at the moment? It’s part of the reason I want to completely spray out and start again.

Paspalum is warm season, so late winter is its lowest point. The crowns are in the soil (they don't die off over winter) but there's almost no above ground growth right now. It doesn't really kick back into gear until soil temps consistently sit around 15°C

  @Iain Perry so roundup wont kill it at the moment and it will come away in my new lawn if I were to spray now?
