Why isn’t my lawn growing in spots after a lawn renovation?

Hey guys, started my lawn renovation in Aprill this year doesn’t look to bad , but I have a few spot where it just doesn’t grow as the rest any tips? Thanks In Matamata region

    Incorrect irrigation or fertiliser coverage or some seed wash out. Photos don’t help as I can’t see any spots.
