How much water do I mix with NZLA Grub+
I’m confused about how much water to use with my Grub+ on 450m2. It’s 75ml of product but in how much water?

The application rate is based on area, 15 mL per 100m2. The key point is that water is just the delivery aid, it doesn’t affect the product application rate. Whether you use 4, 5, or 7 liters per 100m2, you still apply 15 mL of product in that tank. That said, the label will often specify a minimum water volume, and you need to be cautious, especially if the product must stay on the leaf, since too much water can wash it off. With Grub+, you’ll usually be fine, as you’ll likely water after application. Still, the label’s ranges are important. Most people would fall within those water volume recommendations walking at a normal pace.
The "mL per liter" method is a poor way to apply products and often causes serious lawn damage, especially with products like Halo or Gold.
For example, if you have a product that requires 60 mL per 100m2, and you apply it at a rate of 12 mL per liter, then using 5 liters of water per 100m2 delivers the correct rate. However, if you use 8 liters, you end up applying 36ml extra, which is 50% more product. That’s exactly how people end up burning their lawns.
@Jonny Hicks thanks 🙏
