Keep posts to one topic please. Multiple questions? Create multiple posts

To help keep the forum organised and make information easier to find in the future, please try to keep each post (thread) focused on a single topic.

For example, if you have a question about a shady area, a weed identification question, and a PGR question, it’s better to create three separate posts rather than combining them into one.

The reason is that every post gets assigned to a category. When multiple topics are bundled into a single post, the answers become harder to find later and can’t be properly categorised. It also makes it much more difficult for other members to search for and benefit from the discussion in the future.

This is one of the things we’re trying to do differently from Facebook. The goal is to build a knowledge base where each discussion has a clear topic and can be easily found months or years later.

If you have multiple questions, feel free to make multiple posts. You’ll usually get better answers, and it helps keep the forum on topic and useful for everyone.

You may see me edit posts for this reason.

Good idea Jonny. It cuts down on the amount of text you need to read through when looking for answers as you know the comments are only about that subject.
