Contains 600g/kg metsulfuron-methyl in the form of a water soluble granule. Low cost gorse killer MSF600 metsulfuron-methyl herbicide is popular and proven in NZ. MSF600 gorse killer is ideal for control of gorse and other scrub weeds. Metsulfuron Methyl is extremely effective weed killer, especially on weeds with a small surface area such as creeping oxalis and guildford grass.

Metsulfuron Methyl is a very safe, low toxicity and highly effective weed killer. It has a low toxicity to birds, aquatic organisms, bees and earthworms.

When to Use: Completely eradicating the weed before it seeds and improving the general health. All weeds are easier to kill when they are healthy with more surface area to suck up the chemical, so try not to slash the area before spraying. Try and spray when the weed is more juvenile. This way you spray before it seeds and before the stem gets more mature and woody, allowing the chemical to be absorbed better into the plant. Spray when as dry as possible and allow to stay on the plant for a couple of days before watering.
